Is lunch provided?
Lunch is not included, but Brasserie Blanc in the main hotel is open to exhibitors and visitors.
Can I bring children?
Yes. The expo is family friendly. One thing to know: there are no courts at the venue, so it is a show to browse and talk padel, not somewhere to pick up a racket and hit.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Both suites are on the ground floor with step-free access throughout.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book through Eventbrite. Early-bird tickets are £5 until 30 November 2026 and prices rise on 1 December, so we would advise booking now.
Is there anywhere to try padel on the day?
No. There are no courts at the venue. The expo is about meeting the brands, coaches and clubs; many of them can point you to local courts and taster sessions.
Is the event indoors?
Yes, fully indoors across two suites at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott.
Is it suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. If you have never picked up a padel racket, this is the place to find out where to start. A lot of the day is aimed at people new to the game.
Will there be food and drink?
Brasserie Blanc in the hotel is open to visitors for lunch and drinks, and some exhibitors will have samples on their stands. Please do not bring outside food into the venue.
Can I get a refund if I cannot make it?
No. Tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else.
Is photography allowed? Will I be photographed?
Yes on both counts. Feel free to take photos. We will also have a photographer and videographer capturing the day for the website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of the team on the day or email us within 7 days of the event and we will make sure you are not included. After that we will still remove images on request, but they may already have been published. See our privacy policy.
How do I book a stand?
Email [email protected] with the stand number you would like from the floorplan. We will confirm availability and invoice the deposit: £100 for a standard stand, £150 for a double, or £250 for the premium partner stand. The balance is due on Friday 20 November 2026.
What is included with a stand?
A 6ft trestle table with white linen cloth, two chairs, exhibitor passes, morning tea and coffee (7:00 to 8:30am), complimentary Wi-Fi and a listing in the visitor guide and on this website. Double and premium stands get two tables and four chairs.
What do I need to bring?
Your stand dressing and a roller banner or similar backdrop, plus your own public liability insurance. Let us know in advance if you need power; perimeter stands sit on or beside wall sockets.
What are the set-up and breakdown times?
Exhibitors have access from 7:00am. Doors open to visitors at 9:00am, the show closes at 5:00pm and the venue must be clear by 7:00pm.
Can I sample or sell food and drink?
Yes, but the hotel requires a signed food waiver. Tell us when you book and we will send the form.
Can I give a talk?
If there is enough interest we will run 20 to 30 minute talks on stage with audience Q&A, at no extra cost. Tell us when you book.
Is there accommodation for exhibitors?
The hotel can offer a discounted group rate if enough exhibitors want a room the night before. Let us know when you reserve your stand.
Is there storage for stock?
Under your table. There is no secure overnight storage, so please take valuables with you.
Can I run a competition or prize draw on my stand?
Yes, and we will help promote it on the day and in our pre-show emails. Let us know when you book.
Is there Wi-Fi for card machines?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue, so card terminals and tablets will work. Bring your own terminal.
Will you share the attendee list with exhibitors?
No. Under GDPR we cannot pass on visitor details. Our premium partner gets a dedicated email to the full attendee list sent by us, and double-stand exhibitors are featured in a pre-show showcase email.
Still stuck?
